Products
Specifications, set contents and dimensions appear on the product page. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. The travel set includes three compression cubes and one non-compressible shoe pouch. A second zip provides compression; no percentage of space savings is guaranteed. AI-generated illustrations are identified and are not performance measurements.
Orders and prices
Check products, quantities, delivery details and the total before confirming your order. You can edit the cart and correct your information before payment. Applicable prices and currency appear on the website. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown before payment confirmation. Leiliup must not charge an undisclosed surcharge.
After validation, your order is confirmed by email. Keep this confirmation. If an item is unavailable or an error affects your order, we contact you to agree on a solution or refund amounts paid for items we cannot supply.
Payment
Available payment methods are those offered at checkout. Transactions are processed by the relevant payment providers. Do not send banking information to customer service.
Delivery
Estimated delivery to Switzerland is 7–11 business days. See our shipping policy for destinations, charges, tracking and delays. Products may be dispatched from abroad directly by our supplier.
Returns and issues
You may request a return of an unused item within 30 days of receipt, under our returns and refund policy. For a damaged, incorrect or defective item, contact us with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue. Your statutory rights concerning defects remain applicable.

Applicable law
Swiss law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights. Changes apply to future orders; the version in force when you ordered applies to that order.
