Shipping

For deliveries to Switzerland, the estimated delivery time is 7–11 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate; transport and customs clearance can cause delays.

Products are shipped directly by our supplier and may be dispatched from abroad. Leiliup is operated by Swiss Progress SA in Switzerland; this does not mean that products are manufactured or stocked in Switzerland.

Charges and destinations

Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. For destinations outside Switzerland, check the delivery estimate provided for your order. Any import charges depend on the destination and must be clarified before purchase.

Tracking and support

Available tracking information is provided by email once the order ships. If your parcel is delayed or there is a problem, contact info@leiliup.com with your order number. We reply within 2 business days.
