Data controller
Swiss Progress SA, Avenue Edmond-Vaucher 15, 1219 Châtelaine, Switzerland, operates Leiliup. Contact info@leiliup.com for privacy enquiries.
Data and purposes
When you place an order, we use your contact details, billing and delivery addresses, order information and necessary payment information to process the purchase, deliver products and provide customer service. Payment providers process payment data. Never email us your card number.
When you contact us, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry. We also process technical and navigation information needed for the operation and security of the website. Contacting customer service does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Providers and recipients
We use Shopify for hosting and order management. Information necessary to fulfil an order may be shared with payment providers, the supplier preparing the order and carriers. We limit this information to what is necessary for their task.
Google & YouTube, Meta/Facebook & Instagram and Judge.me integrations are present in the store. Depending on their activation and your consent choices, they may process information for analytics, advertising or review management. Reviews are not described as verified purchases without evidence.
Cookies and choices
Essential cookies support the cart, checkout, security and preferences. Analytics and advertising tools that require consent use your cookie banner choices. You can accept, reject or customise these choices. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser; some features may then stop working correctly.
Processing abroad
Shopify and other providers may process information abroad, including in the United States. International suppliers or carriers may receive information necessary for delivery. Legal protection may differ from that in Switzerland. Transfers subject to specific requirements must have appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
Retention
We retain information as needed for its purpose, order follow-up, disputes and legal obligations, including accounting. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised, subject to those obligations.
Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restrictions on certain processing. You may withdraw consent for the future and object to marketing communications. Contact info@leiliup.com. We may request only the information necessary to verify your identity.
In Switzerland, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. If you live elsewhere, you can contact your local competent authority.
