Returns and refunds

Unused items — 30 days

You may request the return of an unused item within 30 days of receipt. The item must be complete and in the condition in which you received it. Keep the original packaging where possible and provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Request a return

Before shipping the item, email info@leiliup.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We reply within 2 business days and provide return instructions. Return address: Swiss Progress SA, Avenue Edmond-Vaucher 15, 1219 Châtelaine, Switzerland.

Return shipping costs

For a voluntary change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping costs. Use tracked shipping where possible. For a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, Leiliup covers necessary return shipping costs after arrangements with customer service. Do not return such an item at your own expense before contacting us.

Problems on arrival

Check your order and report any damaged, incorrect or defective item with your order number and, where possible, photos. Your statutory rights remain applicable.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we let you know the outcome. If accepted, the refund is made to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If you would like a different item, contact us about returning the original item and placing a new order.

Statutory rights

This voluntary returns policy does not restrict mandatory statutory rights, including rights concerning defects or any applicable statutory right of withdrawal.
